Our History

SMG is a hybrid natural food & product marketing company developed in 2007 providing targeted marketing for the health & wellness area, assisting vendors in promoting and selling their brands.   

SMG recruits diversely talented representatives with both nutrition and sales backgrounds, to fill Expo and Event marketing positions which our reps educate and assist in driving sales.   

​SMG also provides brokerage sales services for our Vendor clients as well as special social media marketing. Over the last 8 years, SMG has worked with over 300 vendors at Natural Product Expos in various cities nationwide.

Karen Sands: Founder

Karen is a  Media Sales professional with more than 17 years of successful experience in New Business Development and Marketing. Her background includes building businesses for companies such as CNN Turner Broadcasting, PBS Television Networks, and COX Enterprises, with a focus in increasing sales in TV, Radio, Retail, Food, B2B and others.

Sales Development food promotions with PBS productions as Check Please!, Wining & Dining Yves Durand, Rick Bayless: Mexico One Plate At A Time and many others.
